Ordering process:

1. Inquire for availability of medicinal herbs.

2. If you hear back that we can take the order, place an order using the online form or contact us directly for large contract orders.

3. Once the herbs are ready for harvest, I will notify you a few days in advance, typically on a Friday.

4. Please confirm immediately, for timely harvesting and to choose the shipping speed (next day air, second day air, ground etc).

5. I typically ship on Monday or Tuesday via your UPS or FedEx account. (If you don't have an account, you can use your credit card for shipping costs. Shipping costs are always billed directly to the customer.)

6. If you are ordering fresh herbs, make sure you will be there to receive your shipment.

7. An invoice will be included in the shipment.

• Methow Medicinal Herb Farm prioritizes and specializes in fulfilling custom contracts of fresh herbs for wholesale customers.

• We encourage all of our customers to place orders well in advance if possible. Early orders (January - April) allow us to plan our growing season well in advance. 

• We are a small farm and can only produce so much of a given herb and may not be able to fill last minute orders.

• We grow to fill contracts for each season and do not store herbs to sell later.

• Shipping costs are not included in the price of the herbs.

• Packing and Handling fees: $4 per box plus shipping will be billed directly to the customer by the carrier.

• Fresh orders will be shipped with ice packs to maintain freshness. This adds extra shipping weight!

• If you order fresh herbs, overnight shipping is recommended.

• Please note: shipping costs are expensive, sometimes as much as the cost of herbs, or more! Contact UPS/FedEx for rates.

• Currently we only ship within the United States.

• If you would like to recycle the ice packs, you can ship them back to the farm.

• We only accept checks, and are unable to process other forms of payment.
